I originally reached out to 3 companies to get quotes to diagnose/service my tankless water heater. High Speed plumbing responded right away and were willing to come out the same day. I could tell this was an honest, professional company and cancelled my appointments with the other companies.

Technician Brian called me on his way and arrived on time , he is knowledgeable, honest, friendly, patient and professional, he did the job so fast, also explained to me nothing major at this moment , he makes sure kitchen drain is cleared, water running fast now, and suggestions for future reference! Overall, I appreciated their quick service and professionalism!

Happy with the entire process as they were very courteous and upfront with costs. My shower drain and toilet was backing up and I suspected a clog. Called and Juan answered the phone and gave me an estimated timeframe for arrival. They were able to get to me later in the day and were very professional. They wore face masks and booties to cover their shoes when they entered my house.

He was up front by letting me know that the price for service would be dependent on the work required.
