Water Line Replacement in El Monte, CA

Our service technician, Chris,  showed up on time was professional and friendly.  I had a leak coming out of the bottom of the wall in the garage.  Chris was able to diagnose the leak quickly and take care of the problem.  He explained every step of the process.  Would highly recommend Speed Plumbing, Inc.

I called High Speed Plumbing when a shower handle broke off, they came within a few hours, replaced it and fixed the other handles like new again.  I would highly recommend them to any family member or friend.  Thanks High Speed Plumbing!

Unfortunately, High Speed plumbing was my 2nd call. The first guy to arrive said the whole toilet... seat and tank needed to be replaced, and it would cost $$$$. I believed it was the flapper valve, so I sent them on their way. Ron,  and his helper Jaime, arrived from High Speed... took a look, told me it's your flapper valve... and it'll cost $$. 10 minutes later they were done and gone. Solid, respectful, and professional!!!

They live up to their name! literally took 5-7mins to unclog our bathtub drain vs me trying DIY methods for the last day and half lmao. They were able to service on the same day I called in vs a few days later - big plus there as well. Thanks guys!

Water supply shut off faucet to clothes washer was broken Armando responded to our initial call within 1/2 hour. He diagnosed the problem. Because the supply stores were closed he scheduled the repair for next morning He showed up on time the next day and repairs were completed within 2 hours I would definitely use High Speed Plumbing again in a heartbeat

Found a slab leak steaming from my garage near my water heater on a Thursday evening. Chris was on the job by 9:30 am on Friday. He was extremely knowledgeable and professional and took the time to include me in all that was doing. Cesar showed up midway through the job to lend Chris a hand and both gentlemen did FANTASTIC work! I will most definitely be calling them again for any future work I may need! Update: We had a second leak in a different area of the house on Sunday. Made a call and Ron came out to solve that problem efficiently and professionally. Can’t say enough the great work that team does over at High Speed Plumbing. So glad I made that initial call!

Called Juan at night about a gas leak the Gas Co, found that caused the Gas Co to red tag the meter and shut it off. Juan sent Christopher the next morning. He is a great guy with a great attitude and super professional skill. His ethics are high. High Speed I was told is a term used in military(veteran owned and staffed company) that denotes someone who is quick, resourceful and accurate at getting issues dealt with. By that standard Chris is definitely a "high speed" Thank you and may God Bless you and your Company  :-)

Same day service inspection and estimate was provided.  Service was offered same day, but we scheduled it to fit our convenience and they were very accommodating.   New tankless water heater installed and old water tank removed.  Roof venting work performed as well.  No complaints.  Happy to use them in the future.

John, Service Manager was very knowledgeable, professional and a very pleasant gentleman.  He assessed our plumbing issues and recommended that a restoration company come out and access the water damage due to ongoing toilet/piping issue from our upstairs restroom.  It's been running into our kitchen cabinet downstairs.  Luckily, our home insurance guy called while the John was still here.  John was able to give the Adjuster the information needed to have Service Master's come out tonight to assessment the water damage. I'm so grateful that John took the time to explain and show me the issues we were having. . John, you were truly heaven sent.  Your honesty and direction was much appreciated. Thank you.
